Advanced ultrasonic multi-channel system for inspection of rotating bars / seamless tubes.
Overview
Ultrascope-EX is a cost-effective alternative to expensive rotating probe ultrasonic systems. Configurable up to 16 channels, the probes are arranged on a fixture for quick change over. The bar under test passes over a set of rollers that impart the rotation as they push the bar linearly through a water box. Pulse Repetition Rates up to 20 KHz enable reliable inspection.
